We put a lot of love into packing your decor, but if something arrives broken, damaged, or not quite what you ordered, we’ve got you covered.

When Can I Ask for a Replacement?
We offer replacements only if:

The product is damaged during delivery.

You received the wrong item.

Simply let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Replacement
Email us at mysanctuary020@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

Once we receive and check the product, we’ll send your replacement.

A Few Things to Note
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are replaced only if damaged during delivery.

Replacements depend on stock availability. If the same item isn’t in stock, we’ll offer store credit or an alternative.

Cancellation Policy

At Sanctuary, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Sanctuary

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Unavailability of the product.

Payment issues or incomplete transactions.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Suspected fraudulent activity.

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified, and the amount (if paid) will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

3. Refund on Cancellation

If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Customized, made-to-order, or discounted products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
